Ahmed’s portfolio includes collaborations with leading clients such as the Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR), Roads and Maritime Services (RMS), local councils, and Defence. His experience encompasses all aspects of project management, from contract negotiations and risk mitigation to technical oversight.

Sham's connection to construction is not merely professional—it’s a lifelong pursuit. From the age of 8, he gained invaluable exposure to construction sites, observing the complexities of civil engineering and project management firsthand. This early exposure cultivated a passion for construction and a strong foundation of practical knowledge, Over the years, this experience has shaped his career, where strategic thinking and creative problem-solving are at the forefront.
Building on this foundation, Sham has developed his own expertise over more than a decade in the industry. He has managed projects ranging from $2 million to $1.2 billion, contributing to road construction, infrastructure development, and process optimization.
Known for his innovative approach to delivering solutions, he blends modern methodologies with strategic foresight, addressing complex challenges with creativity and precision. Sham’s leadership is not just about continuing the legacy, but about redefining what's possible in civil engineering.
